In short, dieting doesn’t work for us in the long term and its usually flipping awful, makes you miserable and is really hard to sustain.
We have enough going on through our journey of peri/menopause so why not do it the easy way.
Change your diet in a mindful way. It takes a little time but you will most definitely see the difference in your body and mind.
Can’t wait to do my next workshop as we will be talking about Nutrition and how easy it is to change your diet for the better. Not just for you but also for your family too.
